Sharon & Norah look forward to welcoming you to our new venue retreat Delphi Resort & Spa nestled in the mountains of Connemara, allowing you not to escape, but to reconnect to beautiful you.

Friday evening check in from 4pm to Sunday check out at 12pm

The weekend retreat package includes 

  • 2 nights B&B (full Irish Breakfast or whatever you want) in their 4 star Hotel accommodation - Twin Room occupancy 

  • 1 lunch on the Saturday - Soup/sandwiches/Tea & Coffee

  • 2 x Dinners (2 course evening meal) Friday and Saturday

  • 1 hour in Delphi Spa's Thermal Suite

  • 10% off spa treatments (when booked in advance) 

  • Workshops with Sharon & Norah over the weekend. 

Proposed Schedule

Friday 29th September 2023

Check in from 4pm

Free time from 4pm to 6.30pm for a mindful walk, thermal spa or treatment - must be pre-booked with hotel directly by you after you have booked your place with a deposit.

Opening circle with Sharon at 6.30pm

Group Dinner at 7.30pm

Saturday 30th September

Breakfast from 8am to 10am

10am to 11am - Free time to go for a mindful walk, have an hour in the spa or a treatment before workshop starts at 11am

Sound Healing with Norah Coyne at 11am

Self-Awareness & Journaling with Sharon at 12pm

Lunch 12.30pm

Free time until 2.30pm - allowing you time to rest, go to the thermal spa or have a treatment, remember you must pre-book with the hotel yourself well before the weekend and all treatments are to be paid by you separately.

Creative expressions of our souls with Sharon at 2.30pm

Sound healing with Norah at 3.30pm

Reflection & Journaling with Sharon at 4.30pm

Free time from 5pm until 7.30pm

Group dinner at 7.30pm

 Sunday Breakfast from 8.30am to 10am

Mindful walk & Closing Circle with Sharon at 10.15am

Free time 10.45am to 11.45am

The cost of the whole weekend is 395 euro per person sharing (please note members of my online holistic community get a 10% discount) 

Deposit required to book your space now and full balance must be paid by the 1st September

All rooms are luxury twin rooms in the 4* Hotel

(if you have someone to share with, please ensure you let me know or if coming alone, you will be paired up with another participant) 

If you wish to pay the balance in instalments over the coming months, please let me know.

The spa treatments must be booked and paid for by you with the hotel and you will have to  work around our retreat schedule, but I will allow time to ensure we all have free time for ourselves over the weekend.

Step into Your Power Weekend Retreat - Fully Booked

oin Sharon Fitzmaurice and Guest Facilitator Peter Matthew for a wekeend retreat with a difference.

This will be Sharon's 14th time to bring a group away on retreat to The Boghill Centre and each time there is something new to learn, heal and grow within each of us.

 

This is a weekend full of self awareness, personal development, healing, intuitive sharing and creativity. We are all here to support and share with each other.

 

Our theme for this weekend is Step into Your Power

 

How do you step into your power? By letting go of the need to have your life a certain way. Stepping into your power means that you recognise and accept that you are complete within yourself, without the need for any particular thing, person, circumstance, or outcome.

 

We will do this through Meditation, creative exercises to explore your hidden fears and self doubt. Working together to support each other through the process. We will also be working closely with our Spiritual helpers, connecting on a deeper level to our Divine Self and how we are always guided and supported.

We also have lots of fun and laughter and enjoy a bit of craic by the fire each evening.

Peter Matthew will run an afternoon workshop witht the group and also give a Mediumship demonstration on the Saturday evening to bring messages of love and support from your loved ones in Spirit.

Cost of workshop is 250 euro (50 euro deposit to secure you place, balance due on arrival) Limited places. Deposits non refundable

Once you pay deposit online you will receive an email nearer to date confirming all details and directions to The Boghill Centre, Co. Clare

Starts at 5pm Friday 23rd and finishes at 1pm Sunday 25th

All Meals (vegetarian) and shared hostel acommodation are included in the cost also
