This immersive workshop is designed to help participants unlock their intuitive abilities and connect with higher guidance. Through a series of practical exercises and spiritual teachings, attendees will explore their potential as conscious channels, learning to receive and interpret messages from their higher self, angels, and spirit guides.

Facilitated by Spiritual & Personal Development Coach Sharon Fitzmaurice with over 16 years experience guiding clients and groups worldwide in their spiritual healing and growth.

Welcome & Opening Circle

Introduction to the workshop and its purpose.

Setting intentions and group meditation for grounding and protection.

Understanding Conscious Channeling 

Connecting to Higher Realms

Angel Card Creation & Guidance 

Activity: Guided meditation to connect with personal angels.

Exercise: Creating personalised Angel Cards using art supplies.

Reflection: Drawing messages from the cards created and sharing insights.

Lunch Break 1pm to 2pm

Afternoon Session: 

Psychometry Readings 

Introduction: Understanding psychometry and its uses in channeling.

Exercise: Partner work to practice psychometry by reading the energy of objects.

Aura Readings 

Introduction: Understanding the human aura and its layers.

Activity: 

Techniques for seeing and sensing auras.

Exercise: Partner activity to practice reading and interpreting auras.

Automatic Writing 

Introduction: The process of automatic writing as a channeling tool.

Exercise: Guided meditation followed by a session of automatic writing.

Reflection: Sharing and discussing the messages received.

Sharon's book & journal launch party

So excited to share my first book with you all and also as a lovely surprise, I have created a gratitude and guidance journal to correlate with my book to help you on your healing journey.  You are all invited and boy are we going to party that night.

In my book I will share with you my struggles as a child coming to terms with my anxiety and fears, real and believed. I will tell you about how I started to be aware of Spirit and how they were always helping me on my path. This is my journey but I know it will resonate with so many people in helping them feel like they are not alone in their challenges. How we survive and thrive through the worst of times and in that we learn to grow and develop our strengths to create who we want to be. I hope you will enjoy my first book and the journal will help you to bring acceptance, peace and understanding to your own journey.
