The morning will consist of mindful practise in self-awareness through breathwork and body scan awareness, followed by a deep rest meditation which incorporates energy based healing, clearing and balancing of your whole mind, body and soul.

Sharon offers wellness days to offer support in your self-care needs physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually in her private practise and also in her classes, retreats and workshops.

This 3 hour online workshop (delivered through zoom) allows you to spend time in connecting on a deeper level, learning to understand what you are holding onto, what you need to release and heal so that your energy, your life force flows effortlessly.

For some it may be just a day to reconnect to yourself and give yourself space to boost your energy and have more focus and clarity on where you are right now in your own life.
