Then this workshop is for you.

We have four rooms in our energy system to work with on a daily basis - Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual, how many of those rooms do you visit each day and give it a good spring clean!?

To feel fully balanced in mind, body and spirit, we must allow ourselves to become aware of bringing the whole self into balance.

We can do this in easy steps each day once we know what to do.

In this workshop, Sharon will guide you through simple steps to practise a daily routine through

• Breathwork

• Body scan awareness

• Emotional intelligence

• Meditation practise

• Connecting to your higher self

• Clearing and Balancing your energy

  This workshop will be held online through Zoom and places must be booked in advance. Cost is only 25 Euro (includes booking fee) Once booked a link will be sent to you to join Sharon on the day. Please allow yourself a quiet and comfortable space to fully commit to the workshop and that your phone/laptop are fully charged and you have earphones if possible.
