Camino Walking Trip 2026 with Sharon

Have you ever dreamed of doing the Camino? Well now is your chance. Join Sharon in 2026 for an amazing week along the way. Read about my first trip on the Camino

Camino Walking Trip 2026 - Please read ALL details and then let me know if you are interested, as rooms must be booked in all the different hotels we will be staying in each night and guides booked for our walking week. If we have more than 10 people we get a discount and then you will have to pay your deposit asap.

Our guided Camino walking trip from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela costs €850 per person sharing and €1050 for a single room. These are prices only for Sharon’s group. If more than ten people book there will be a 10% discount as well.

Dates are the 30th March - 6th April 2026

The price includes;

- 7 nights B&B with a continental breakfast 

- Transfer from Santiago airport to Sarria(112km)

- Luggage transfer each day, one piece of luggage per person.

- Guides x 2

- Transfer to Santiago airport for return flight(11km)

- A Camino Society Ireland Camino Passport 

The price does not include;

- Flights -people would have to book their own flights as soon as they become available. (Flights with AerLingus.com become available on their site to book from July 2025 – Dublin to Santiago de Compostela.)

- Travel or medical insurance (we highly recommend you get both)

- Lunches/dinners/beverages.

Recommendations will be given on where to eat.

A €200 deposit must be paid for each person to secure a place. Balance must be paid six weeks prior to travel.

Cancellations:

We highly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover you in case you have to cancel. Check out our terms and conditions on our website intothewestadventures.com 

It is up to each individual to be fit enough to complete the walks each day. If a person cannot finish a walk, for whatever reason, they will have to pay for the transport themselves. This usually means calling for a taxi. Into the West Adventures will not be liable for the costs.

The itinerary is as follows;

Day 1: Meet the guides at Dublin Airport.  Arrive at Santiago airport and transfer to Sarria

Day 2: Sarria to Portomarin 22.7 km

Day 3: Portomarin to Palas de Rei 24.6 km

Day 4: Palas de Rei to Arzua 29.4 km

Day 5: Arzua to O Pino 20.7 km

Day 6: O Pino to Santiago de Compostela 20.1 km

Day 7: Free day in Santiago

Day 8: Transfer to airport. Time tbc

The group will have breakfast at 7.30 am each morning and will depart at 8.30am. We encourage each person to walk at their own pace, it is not a race. That said the more training a person can do the more they will enjoy the trip.

Even though dinner is not included, groups usually eat together at 7.30pm each evening. If people do not wish to join the group for dinner they must inform the guides.

Treatments in the Delphi Spa must be booked directly by the participants and have a credit or debit card to hold the booking, and be paid directly to hotel on departure by participants.

All participants who pay their deposits will be added to a WhatsApp group for all notifications.

Free time from 4pm to 6.30pm for a mindful walk, thermal spa or treatment - must be pre-booked with hotel directly by you after you have booked your place with a deposit.

Saturday 9th March 2024

Breakfast from 8am to 10am

10am to 11am - Free time to go for a mindful walk, have an hour in the sp, a treatment or cold water dip in the lake before workshop starts at 11am - Please be there 5 minutes before we start.

Sound Healing with Norah Coyne at 11am

Self-Awareness & Journaling with Sharon at 12pm

Lunch 12.30pm

Free time until 2.15pm - allowing you time to rest, go to the thermal spa or have a treatment, remember you must pre-book with the hotel yourself well before the weekend and all treatments are to be paid by you separately.

Creative expressions of our souls with Sharon at 2.30pm

Sound healing with Norah at 3.45pm

Circle of Love with Sharon @ 4.45pm

Free time from 6pm to 7.45pm

Walking the path of your heart - TWO places left

Join Sharon Fitmaurice Spiritual Medium, Wellness Coach and Author for a weekend of walking the path of your heart. Connecting to self and Spirit. 

Joining her for the second time will be Peter Matthew Psychic Medium & Teacher from Cork who brings with him inspirational teachings and messages of love and peace. 

Sharon & Peter will also give a mediumship demonstration to retreat participants on the Saturday evening. 

 

This will be Sharon's  19th group to bring away on weekend retreat to the fabulous Boghill Centre, Kilfenora, Co. Clare. It is a time of great healing, truth and finding a place within yourself to accept who you are in that moment and in your life. 

In this weekend retreat it will be a time of reconnection to your beautiful heart energy to walk the path of wonder within and to find your true self.

The weekend will be a chance for you to take time out from your busy lives, not only to reconnect to yourself, but also to meet like minded people who are travelling the path with you. We are all just walking each other home. 

We will do this through meditation, shared healing, support, shared creative exercises in exploring our energy bodies, Understanding what we are holding onto and what our heart energy is actually sending out into the Universe. 

So many times we are unaware of what we are truly feeling and we get lost in the voices of the past, this weekend will be about finding your own voice and letting your heart express itself honestly and openly. 

All your meals, accommodation and workshop participation are included in the cost which is 265 euro. A deposit of 50 euro must be paid to secure your place (non refundable)

Balance will be paid on arrival.

Accommodation is shared hostel dormitory style, there are limited private rooms and there is an extra 24 euro supplement for anyone wishing to book one. There are 4 single rooms and 4 twin rooms available. 

Weekend starts at 5.30pm with a warm open welcoming circle. Group dinner at 6.00pm followed by relaxing meditation in the Workshop hall.

Saturday workshop starts at 10am to 6.00pm (break for lunch) 

Evening Mediumship Demonstration with Sharon & Peter at 7pm

Sunday 10am to 1.30pm, lunch will be provided before you leave 

To bring with you

Rain jacket and walking shoes, wear comfortable clothes. 

Toiletries and towel, yoga mat and blankets for workshop work. Pen, paper and colouring pencils. Your own refreshments for the evenings, we usually sit around the fire and have a dance or a sing song.
