This weekend retreat Sharon will guide you on a journey within , embracing ourselves as a whole - the light and dark sides of our being, helping to create harmony and a deeper understanding of who we are right now.
To deny any part of ourselves is to not love ourselves fully. There are two sides to everyone, we can learn from each source with self-awareness and learn to love and accept ourselves as we are whilst growing spiritually on this journey called Life.
A weekend of meditation, sound healing, reflection, journaling, sharing, supporting, energy healing, silence, fun, laughter, rest, relaxation, eating, walking, sleeping, dancing, moving, stillness, nature, connection, it will be what ever you need it to be.

As always Sharon only works with a limited number of participants to allow for deeper connection and support throughout the weekend so places are limited.
Cost of the retreat weekend is 300 euro which is includes all meals, accommodation and workshop participation.
All meals are vegetarian.
Accommodation is shared hostel style dorms and a limited number of single and private rooms in which a supplement must be paid - 24 euro per person (Please NOTE all private rooms are now FULLY BOOKED - only shared accommodation left)
A deposit must be paid to secure and confirm your place (which is non-refundable)
The retreat is open to all genders from the age of 18.
What you need to bring:
Pen and Notebook. Blanket & Cushion for workshop space
Walking gear -Rain jacket, walking shoes or boots. Warm hat. Water bottle if you have a tendency to be cold at night. Your own toiletries.
You will receive an email a few weeks before the retreat with all details and directions.
