Soulful Journey Weekend Retreat -September 2021

RETREATIMAGE SEPT2021.jpg

We are so looking forward to returning to Boghill Centre in Co. Clare and offering you a wonderful and deeply restorative and transformational weekend with myself and Norah. It has been a tough time for us all and we are so looking forward to reconnecting with others and with ourselves on a deeper level.

This weekend retreat is an opportunity to reconnect to yourself on all levels. It is an opportunity to relax into a space of unconditional love and space to be your true self.

We are not isolated in our suffering. We all suffer from the vulnerability of the human condition. At times, unavoidable things continue to cause us pain. Each of us knows fragility. We all have imperfect and messy parts that can lead to dysfunction and despair. And we all desperately need kindness, connection, and compassion to make it through. We will support each other along the way.

This is Sharon Fitzmaurice’s speciality, she has a unique way of seeing the best of you while allowing your pain to be honoured. Even when raw and vulnerable, She helps you to find peace and strength in each moment. I felt my whole being come alive and allowed my pain and joy to live within me

This weekend will be an opportunity to allow yourself space and time to replenish and reset.

Clear, balance and align your energy - mind, body and soul

Throughout the weekend we will work together, supporting each other whilst we follow the direction our soul has led us to in each moment. We will honour what shows up for up trusting that whatever direction we are led , we are being guided to be our best selves.

The most healing weekend I have experienced in my life, it was like the deepest massage and best counselling session I have ever received. The trust and openness Sharon creates in her workshops helps everyone to feel safe. We became like one big family after just one weekend!”

These weekends are exclusive to the Boghill Centre and held twice a year. Sharon devotes her time and attention giving each participant the space and understanding to allow for the deepest healing on all levels.

Joining her once again is the wonderful and gifted Norah Coyne who provides soothing sound bath healing sessions throughout the weekend. All you have to do is lay down and be open to letting the frequencies move through you. Norah will also guide us in some light and fun group yoga over the weekend.

I felt Norah’s sound baths were like being wrapped up and floating through the universe, nothing but bliss”

“Norah helped me to accept my body as it is even when it doesn’t always move the way I want it to, I let it be. I loved our group yoga session, supporting each other and having so much fun”
